From what I’ve heard, they are literally using AI to verify their age, and if you don't meet those requirements then you are REQUIRED to GIVE YOUR VERY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO YOUTUBE!!! WHICH IS EXTREMELY UNSTABLE AND IS PRONE TO DATA BREACHES!!! Please YouTube, DO NOT DO THIS CRAP!!!
